Recently, UHAND’s newly developed 24 m³ fully electric self-propelled TMR mixer has officially been launched. Featuring a fully electric drive system, high-efficiency dual-auger mixing, intelligent precision weighing, and integrated self-propelled operation, it delivers a green feeding solution that combines feed loading, mixing, weighing, and feeding for large-scale livestock farms. It helps the industry move toward a new era of high efficiency, low carbon emissions, and smart automation.

• Designed for large-scale farms focused on efficient feeding and sustainable operation, this electric TMR mixer is powered by a CATL 614V / 423.9kWh high-capacity battery pack. It is equipped with a 100kW hydraulic pump motor and a 90kW mixing motor, providing strong power output and long operating endurance.
• The system ensures zero emissions and low noise throughout operation, eliminating fuel-related pollution and reducing energy consumption, fully meeting modern green farming standards.
• The machine features a dual-auger high-efficiency mixing system with a 24 m³ large-capacity mixing tank. The auger operates at 32 rpm. The tank is constructed from NM400 wear-resistant steel, with a 20 mm bottom plate and 10 mm side walls.
• It is fitted with 20 65Mn tungsten carbide-coated blades, ensuring powerful cutting performance and uniform mixing without dead zones. This preserves fiber structure and improves feed palatability, accurately meeting the nutritional needs of ruminants.
• The feeding system delivers strong performance, with a 2 m pickup width and a maximum pickup height of 5 m. A stable belt-type loading system, combined with a self-propelled chassis and a tight turning radius of approximately 6 meters, allows flexible operation in complex farm environments.
• One operator can complete the entire process of feed pickup, mixing, and feeding, significantly reducing labor requirements and improving overall efficiency.
• The weighing system is equipped with an American Avery Weigh-Tronix 610 indicator and four high-precision sensors. It achieves Class C1 accuracy with ±2 kg precision and a weighing range of 4×10 tons, supporting precise ration formulation.
• The machine also features rear-view and feed-bin dual imaging systems, hydraulic braking and steering, and a sealed cab with air conditioning and heating for enhanced safety and comfort. It can also be integrated with feeding management software for digitalized feeding control.
